Work Share: Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Work Share desk booking template ("Work Share") provided by Work Future Workplace Consultancy (ABN 13 631 320 682) ("Work Future", "we", "us"). "You" means the person downloading Work Share and the organisation they download it for.
1. About Work Share
Work Share is a free, downloadable Excel template for booking shared desks. It runs in your own Microsoft 365 environment. It is a practical tool, not professional advice, and it is not a hosted service.
2. Acceptance
By ticking the terms of use box on the download form, or by downloading or using Work Share, you agree to these terms. If you download Work Share on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. Download form
You must provide accurate details on the download form and be at least 18 years old.
4. Licence
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy and modify Work Share for internal use within your organisation.
5. What you must not do
You must not sell, sublicense, publish or distribute Work Share, or any modified version, outside your organisation; present it as your own work; remove Work Future's name, logo or credits; or use it to provide a paid service to others without our written permission.
6. Your data
Everything entered into Work Share, including staff names, stays in your own files and systems. We do not receive, host or have access to it. You are responsible for that data, including complying with any privacy obligations to your staff.
7. Disclaimer
Work Share is provided as is. We make no promise that it is accurate, error-free, compatible with every version or setting of Excel and Microsoft 365, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for checking it suits your needs, testing it before use, and any decisions made using it.
8. Intellectual property
Work Future owns all intellectual property in Work Share, including its design, structure, formulas and branding. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim relating to Work Share is limited to AUD $100, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, time or business.
10. Support and updates
We have no obligation to provide support, fixes or updates. We may release new versions from time to time. Setup and rollout support is available as a paid consultancy service.
11. Privacy
The details you give on the download form are handled under our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you download Work Share applies to that download.
